Casa Falco is part of a sensational and exclusive community featuring four unique properties, affording all residents absolute privacy.

Designed by the Mallorcan studio, Casa Falco was designed to blend into the landscape and the extraordinary nature surrounding it. The one-story profile aligns with the contours of the land, with the roof virtually simulating the ground’s slope, with some parts of the building even sinking slightly into the hillside.

The house uses materials and techniques of the traditional architecture of Mallorca, those that have been used for centuries on the island, to fit into the environment naturally.

Inspired by traditional houses that have their own harmonic order, it allows it to adapt to different users. The priority has been the comfort of the people living here. The strategic positioning of the different areas allows the bedrooms to be closed off, allowing the rest of the house to work independently with the suite, living room, and kitchen.

Casa Falco has been conceived using Km-Zero materials found close at hand. In other words, stone from the property itself, local ceramics for the roofing and flooring, bathrooms using traditional hydraulic tiles made on the island, local wood, as well as outdoor floors of cement washed with stones typical of the area.

The site is located next to the municipality of Santa Maria, in the Sierra de Tramuntana. Palma’s town centre is just a short drive away. A few minutes away, you can find all the commodities that you need to make your life easier, from shopping complexes and local markets to sports and leisure centres.
